Job Overview

Evans Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive Support Manager to enhance our leadership team’s efficiency and effectiveness. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to executive leadership while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process optimization, executive assistance, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced environment.

Location: This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence several days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project initiatives while acting as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior management and support personnel.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and events, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external parties.
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support, including scheduling, agenda management, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
  • Oversee operational and logistical arrangements for both virtual and in-person events.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across departments regarding programs and initiatives.
  • Manage correspondence on behalf of executive leadership, including drafting and summarizing communications.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of various initiatives, including official communications and project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience within federal agencies and familiarity with FAA operations is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience in managing relationships with senior executives and program leaders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of context and intent.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SharePoint management.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and a proactive approach to work.
