Job Overview
This role is dedicated to being the main point of contact for all owners and members associated with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Inc. resorts network. The responsibilities encompass handling incoming inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of various ownership types across multiple resort locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls while showcasing comprehensive product knowledge related to booking across various sites and partner offerings.
- Deliver outstanding service to owners and customers regarding ownership details, membership queries, maintenance fees, mortgage information, and reservation exchanges.
- Assist with reservation inquiries and facilitate bookings for both members and owners.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in reservations and customer service within a call center or resort setting. The ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. This position requires:
- Frequent use of computers and telephones.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail.
- The capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Education:
Preferred qualifications include a GED or High School Diploma.
Experience:
Relevant experience in customer service or reservations is highly valued.
