Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Associate:

  • Engage with prospective customers by informing them about the products and services offered by our clients.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personal interaction.
  • Address inquiries regarding services and highlight the advantages of our brand compared to competitors.
  • Participate in regular team meetings with the Client Support Specialist group to devise strategies for meeting customer acquisition targets and sales objectives.
  • Attend training sessions on new products, services, or promotional offers to ensure customers receive the most accurate and current information.
  • Process customer orders with efficiency and precision.
Qualifications for the Client Support Associate:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with adaptability.
