About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Capital One. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business success.

Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing business communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with multiple executives to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a productive work environment.

Estimated Salary: $83,400 - $95,100 per annum in New York City (Hybrid On-Site)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Calendar management experience supporting multiple executives
  • Meeting and event planning experience
