Regional Sales Director

Kane Partners LLC is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional efforts with overall company objectives.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in Protein and Poultry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region (60 – 75%).
