Regional Sales Manager

Kane Partners LLC is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in Protein and Poultry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region (60 – 75%).
