Job Overview

Astrodynes TDI is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead our Central Region sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic business plans, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to penetrate new accounts and drive sales growth in the Central Region.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5 regional sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and territories are thoroughly covered.
  • Forge and maintain professional relationships with key accounts, becoming an indispensable resource and partner.
  • Negotiate pricing strategies and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, proactively managing sales leads and resolving concerns.
  • Drive internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and revenue growth is achieved.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably engineering.
  • 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the territory, ideally in the power supply industry or EMI filter sales.
  • Established network within the industrial, medical, military, aerospace, and semiconductor markets.
  • Aggressive yet professional demeanor, combined with sales savvy and tenacity.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance.
  • Highly advanced communication skills, allowing for negotiation and influence with tact and diplomacy.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, driving new business and strengthening relationships.
