Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Central/Midwest US region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and enhance dealer relationships
  • Develop and implement region/district sales promotional programs to drive business growth
  • Conduct dealer meetings to provide support with product, programs, and marketing efforts
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to the team, offering guidance and direction
  • Ensure cost-effective management of Region Profit & Loss through budgeted costs annually
  • Minimize legal exposure associated with customer or dealer issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in dealer territory or direct sales, with previous leadership experience
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, organizing, and coordinating skills
  • Proficiency in the operation and application of all construction products
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze dealer financial statements
