Job Title: Senior Regional Sales Manager

Proficio Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Central South region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Central South region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to junior sales team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Proficio remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
