Position Overview:
A Telecom Construction Manager is tasked with overseeing designated telecom construction segments, ensuring that safety, quality, timeliness, and financial objectives are consistently achieved across all work scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction scheduling and related activities, serving as a key liaison to Project Management regarding progress and potential delays.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead team members and supervisors within assigned areas or projects.
- Review tasks and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Develop processes to guarantee the successful completion of tasks in support of various projects.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Work Environment:
The role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. Candidates must be prepared to navigate rugged terrains and active construction sites.

Physical Demands:
Applicants should be capable of sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive fine motor tasks related to computer use and office functions.
