Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead client meetings, including project kick-offs and regular status updates.
  • Oversee the coordination of internal teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure effective planning and execution of project solutions.
  • Articulate customer requirements to cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting dependencies and managing client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for project discussions and deliverables.
  • Conduct critical path analysis to identify and manage deployment risks effectively.
  • Maintain accurate district data for centralized functions, such as inventory management.
  • Organize and prioritize organizational tasks, including meetings, action items, and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Project Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects within a similar industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in both direct and indirect management of personnel.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with OSP/ISP construction practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ethernet technologies.
  • Understanding of carrier installation, testing, and turn-up processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and resources to deliver projects on time.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, with the capacity to tailor project management strategies to meet client needs.
