Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to team members and supervisors within a specific area, department, or project.
- Review assignments and reports to guarantee accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure task completion in support of assigned areas or projects.
- Engage with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to facilitate project success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience is essential.
- Proficient project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle record assessments.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
To qualify for this role, candidates must be able to sit for extended periods while performing repetitive and/or fine motor tasks related to computer use and other office functions. Work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation, as well as in rugged terrains such as back easements and active construction sites. Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position, if performed in Colorado, is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Benefits include:
