The Field Coordinator will be instrumental in managing all facets of utility infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule while complying with safety and regulatory standards. This is a field-based role that involves working in diverse weather conditions.

Core Duties Include:

  • Planning: Develop public procurement documents, solicit design proposals, pre-mark jobs, and establish budget requirements.
  • Organizing: Oversee resources, including tools, materials, and supplies necessary for project execution.
  • Managing: Recruit crew members and subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and supervise work teams to ensure project success.
  • Communicating: Maintain regular communication with inspectors, office personnel, one call tickets, and field staff, while providing clients with updates on project status.
  • Documenting: Ensure that project documentation, plans, and expenses are meticulously maintained and updated.
  • Implementing: Guarantee adherence to building and safety codes, facilitating effective communication between office staff and field personnel.
  • Ad hoc field tasks: Perform additional field-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate's degree along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is advantageous.
Compensation: $72,000 - $83,000 (Dependent on Experience)
