Role Summary: As a Client Engagement and Event Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients by orchestrating successful events that enhance engagement, drive sales, and promote retention. You will collaborate closely with our team and clients to comprehend their requirements, boost sales, and cultivate enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our clients and their specific projects/needs.
  • Work in tandem with colleagues to execute events, including fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities at in-person events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of events and training sessions.
  • Assess and analyze event performance, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. This is an Entry-Level Position.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer relations, and event planning, preferably within the nonprofit sector, is beneficial but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, with a focus on achieving results.
  • A genuine passion for nonprofit work and a dedication to making a positive impact in the community.
