- Attend networking events and/or conferences to enhance knowledge and expand sales capabilities.
- Monitor personal and team performance using key performance indicators introduced during training.

Requirements for the Customer Engagement Specialist:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage personal time effectively and prioritize interactions as necessary.
- Flexibility to adapt and maintain composure in response to changing customer needs and sales requirements.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to address multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Compliance with company and client-provided policies, industry regulations, and standards.
