TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 50%
POSITION SUMMARY: A Client Relationship Specialist is essential in establishing and nurturing relationships with business clients. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills and business insight to foster enduring client connections and promote sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relationship Development: Cultivating and enhancing relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners through personalized service and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Client Satisfaction Management: Evaluating company practices to ensure clients derive maximum satisfaction from their engagements.
- Opportunity Recognition: Identifying potential business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team for follow-up.
- Product Knowledge Dissemination: Providing clients with comprehensive information about the company's offerings and special promotions.
- Complaint Resolution: Addressing client grievances and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Satisfaction Improvement: Conducting surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and suggesting enhancements to improve client experiences.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- CRM Management: Supervising the accuracy and quality of data entered into the Salesforce customer relationship management system.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills are vital for relationship building and addressing client needs.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Expertise in effectively resolving client-related issues.
- Collaborative Skills: Engaging closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Competence: Evaluating communication strategies, negotiations, and contracts to uncover trends for organizational enhancement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- A minimum of three years of experience in a role involving sales, business development, product support, or relationship management.
