About The Role: As an Event Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of a Global Support team dedicated to assisting clients with their inquiries and issues, collaborating closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) team. This role requires making informed decisions on how to address client requests, determining necessary follow-up actions, and effectively communicating information to the appropriate parties for further action.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In your capacity as an Event Management Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requests and issues are addressed promptly and in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will manage cases from initiation to resolution, prioritizing clear and consistent communication to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Logging client requests and issues on a daily basis while maintaining awareness of their impact on the client.
  • Collaborating closely with the SME team to foster relationships that enhance technical support and understanding, leading to quicker issue resolution and trend analysis.
  • Maintaining active communication with both internal and external contacts to ensure updates are timely and transparent.
  • Acting as the case owner, ensuring all parties involved in the case are consistently updating and working towards a resolution.
  • Managing support issues, projects, and onsite queries in accordance with client processes and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinating repair work for faulty equipment, liaising with manufacturers and in-house repair teams while considering financial implications.
  • Organizing global engineer attendance with the assistance of our international partners to ensure timely site visits and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Coordinating with the Field Service Engineering team to dispatch local resources and align SME remote support as needed.
  • Overseeing asset management and reporting.
  • Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Participating in the service handover process from projects to ensure clients understand their available support and contractual obligations.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process of potential suppliers and partners to enhance our global support capabilities.
  • Identifying asset changes within client estates during case management and notifying the relevant teams with accurate information.
