Clark Retirement Community is on the lookout for two dedicated Campus Support Specialists to join our senior living facilities. We have an opportunity for a full-time, overnight Campus Support Specialist and a part-time, evening Campus Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary contact for any campus-related inquiries or issues that arise during your shift, with the support of on-call maintenance and leadership as necessary.

As a Campus Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of the campus by conducting regular checks of doors, parking areas, and buildings, along with performing light cleaning and maintenance duties. Tasks may involve maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms, break rooms, and offices, as well as operating cleaning equipment. Additionally, you will conduct essential safety checks, such as verifying fire extinguisher functionality and ensuring emergency equipment is operational.

If you possess experience in cleaning, security, or maintenance, this position could be an excellent fit for you. The starting compensation is $17 per hour.

  • Address, resolve, and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety drills
  • Report any issues regarding materials or supplies
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to established standards
  • Keep your work area tidy and organized
  • Communicate any resident concerns to care staff
  • Be available to assist with other departmental duties as required
