Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Libra Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and fostering relationships with personal injury law firms, sharing the benefits of our technology, and providing training and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build relationships with attorneys and law firms in the Nashville, TN market
  • Reach out to attorneys and set schedules for weekly meetings
  • Develop new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and foster existing relationships to grow the business
  • Engage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind and encourage use of our technology
  • Travel throughout the state of Tennessee and meet with attorneys to build strong relationships
  • Responsible for all attorney contact, including follow-up, answering questions, and training on MoveDocs technology
  • Assist and schedule plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients
Requirements:
  • High School or GED required
  • JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree a plus
  • Paralegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plus
  • Experience working with attorneys or other professionals a plus
  • Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation
  • Must be organized, confident, and passionate
  • Must live in the greater Nashville, TN metro area currently
  • Ability to travel throughout the state of TN (60% travel/40% remote office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive success
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and Outlook
