Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Zentro's services to Owners and Managers of Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) buildings, including condos, apartments, retirement communities, and student housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new customers Zentro's services, targeting MDU Owners and Management Companies of existing sites, and Owners, Developers, and Management of greenfield MDU sites in the Nashville or Atlanta markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at Property Management companies, REITS, and Condominium Associations.
  • Penetrate leads by creatively developing opportunities and relationships at executive and management levels.
  • Work closely with Zentro Sales Management to develop a comprehensive understanding of Zentro's product and service offerings, as well as those of market competitors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years cold calling and other direct sales experience calling on Developers, Owners, or MDU Management companies.
  • Existing contacts and access to decision-makers in the market.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Zoho or other CRM software.
  • Motivated and energetic self-starter who is focused on achievement and consistent performance.
