Job Title: Business Development Manager

Vaco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales projects simultaneously
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to track progress and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-18 months of sales experience in a technology or staffing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
