Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-informed and customer-focused Product Manager to spearhead the seller growth and onboarding strategy, playing a crucial role in the dynamic eBay Live product organization.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with vision in the live commerce sector, crafting and advocating for a product strategy aimed at enhancing seller growth and engagement by understanding customer needs, business objectives, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and refine a product roadmap from inception to execution, while managing requests and dependencies from established engineering teams.
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams across eBay, including engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and business units to successfully implement the roadmap.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing insights and updates on product performance and associated risks to eBay leadership.
- Build trust with the seller experience engineering team by demonstrating a deep understanding of seller challenges and driving technical decisions to facilitate feature development.
- Take ownership of the seller growth strategy, ensuring the voices of Live sellers and buyers are represented in all product decisions.


Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven ability to define and execute complex product roadmaps through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments, influence without direct authority, and make informed trade-offs based on limited data.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences through a structured, customer-centric, and data-driven approach.
- Alignment with eBay's core values of customer obsession, innovation, and inclusion, as evidenced by results-driven collaboration and the use of customer insights to guide product decisions.
