**Job Summary**
The Papé Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead our Product Support team in the Portland region. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Product Support Representatives (PSRs) to achieve sales and profit margin goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and support a team of Product Support Representatives (PSRs) to achieve sales and profit margin goals.
* Establish and execute aftermarket sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Utilize Salesforce to establish clear goals and track performance of targeted markets and products.
* Manage, train, and direct PSRs to achieve company sales and profit margin goals.
* Identify, develop, and maintain key regional customers to drive sales growth.
* Work closely with manufacturers and internal constituents to ensure products are available to support regional campaigns.
* Collaborate with Parts Managers and Service Managers to develop and communicate service and parts sales strategies, sales targets, goals, targeted/conquest accounts, projections, and budgets.
* Maintain communication with General Manager, Sales Manager, Parts Managers, Service Managers, and all appropriate corporate departments.
* Maintain customer relations by resolving problems/disputes through continual communication in a timely and correct manner.
* Coach, counsel, and train members through the use of internal processes.
* Manage the commission program for PSRs, including calculating commissions.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Extensive knowledge of Kenworth and related products/services.
* Self-starter with strong leadership skills and ability to maintain good customer and member relations.
