Senior Product Marketing Manager for Developers

Key Responsibilities:- Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and adoption of our developer tools and products.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our developer audience and differentiates our products from the competition.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the developer ecosystem and use this insight to inform our marketing strategies.
- Voice of the Customer: Be the champion for our developer audience and ensure their needs guide our marketing strategies and product roadmap.
- Content Strategy and Development: Develop a deep understanding of our products and user journey, and create engaging content that meets the needs of our developer audience.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years working with a developer audience.
- A deep empathy for developers and a passion for Discord's mission and the role developers play in our growth.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action, who can connect dots and create clarity in an often ambiguous environment.
- An exceptional communicator who can create clarity for internal and external customers through intentional, organized verbal and written communication.
- The ability to lead effectively through influence and work cross-functionally across the entire business.
- Stellar writing and content creation skills, including compelling video scripts and articles for user education.
- A growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and expand your skills.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 to $203,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, and individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
