This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' and company's growth. As a Product Marketing Manager - Senior, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product/feature/solution launches, marketing programs, sales enablement, competitor intelligence, and pipeline support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Compelling Messaging: Create positioning, messaging, and content that articulates the value proposition for Medallia capabilities, clearly differentiating us in the marketplace.
  • Support Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive Medallia's go-to-market strategy for platform enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Educate and Enable Teams: Educate and enable Medallia's Sales and Services teams, along with strategic partners, to confidently communicate the value and competitive differentiation of Medallia.
  • Customer Education: Educate and enable Medallia customers and users on the value of our platform.
  • Marketing Asset Development: Develop marketing assets and support other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Communication and Influence: Engage and influence internal leaders and teams across functions as well as external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Product Marketing Experience: Proven experience in product marketing for a SaaS product or platform.
  • Demonstrated Storytelling Experience: Ability to take complex products and tell a compelling and succinct story.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience supporting a fast-paced and sales-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing Technical Innovations: Track record of marketing technical innovations to users and buyers and creating narratives to position and sell products in compelling ways.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Understanding of go-to-market strategies and methodologies.
  • Prioritization and Differentiation: Ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Follow-Through: Demonstrated initiative and follow-through managing concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
What We Offer

Medallia, Inc. is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $206,000. We also offer competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), short-term and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays.
