Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Fence Construction Supervisor to join our team at DH Fence Pros. This is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional fencing solutions. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in fence construction.

As a prominent fence company based in Seattle, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality and aesthetically pleasing fencing projects. Our portfolio showcases a variety of completed projects.

In addition to our fencing services, we also operate a general construction division that handles landscaping and interior renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations on the job site and ensuring the effective execution of work orders.
  • Managing the logistics of materials to the job site, which includes assessing material requirements based on work orders, operating company vehicles, and procuring necessary supplies.
  • Leading and mentoring crew members on-site, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Training new team members in our established methods of fence construction.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control measures across all projects.
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of business processes and growth initiatives.
