Position Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the construction of various residential projects, including small remodels and new builds. Your leadership will guide the on-site team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that all work adheres to the required specifications while conducting thorough quality control inspections.
Career Development
We are committed to fostering your growth within our organization. You will initially work alongside an experienced Site Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience with smaller remodels, with the potential to progress to larger projects such as additions and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Depending on your career aspirations, you may eventually transition into a full Site Superintendent role or take on the responsibilities of a Floating Superintendent, overseeing multiple smaller projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Assist in developing the project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
- Engage with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience in reviewing scopes of work.

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $40, depending on experience.
