Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Construction Specialist to become a vital part of our team at DH Fence Pros. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fence installation and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service.

As a Seattle-based company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional fencing solutions while ensuring a swift and high-quality service. Our portfolio includes a variety of projects that showcase our craftsmanship.

In addition to our fencing services, we also operate a general construction division that undertakes landscaping and interior renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage job site operations and ensure the execution of work orders.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials to job sites, including assessing material requirements based on work orders, operating company vehicles, and procuring supplies.
  • Lead and mentor crew members on-site, facilitating effective communication and workflow organization.
  • Train new employees in our established methods of fence construction.
  • Oversee quality control measures on all projects to maintain high standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the improvement and expansion of our business systems.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation.

  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.
