Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Lead Inspector to contribute to our Rail and Transit Construction Management project. This role involves overseeing a significant project in the Pacific Northwest region, which is set to span four years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage Non-Conformance Reports.
  2. Prepare Daily and other essential Reports.
  3. Supervise the inspection team assigned to the project.
  4. Ensure comprehensive coverage of activities by field staff.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. A seasoned professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, including 2-3+ years in large-scale construction projects within railroad yard environments.
  2. Associate's degree in a technical discipline or a construction-related field; a high school diploma with equivalent work experience may be considered.
  3. Proficient understanding of Contractor Field Operations and the ability to coordinate inspections with the appropriate authorities.
  4. Familiarity with basic field Safety Operating Environments.
  5. Knowledge of QA/QC plans and the capability to implement them effectively.
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with Amtrak is advantageous.
  2. NICET certification as an inspector with experience in safety coordination.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Basic understanding of applicable Building Codes.
  5. Ability to interpret and understand CPM Schedules.
  6. Experience with ProCore and Bluebeam is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
