Welcome to Octus, a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of existing global clients in the buy side space while supporting our efforts to promote processes, drive retention rates, and increase revenue.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office per week), located in our New York City office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range estimate for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum. This position is eligible for a quarterly KPI-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop deep expertise in our products, services, and sub-investment grade credit space
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with buy-side clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  3. Drive usage and adoption of our product suite among a diverse range of subscribers
  4. Strategize outreach efforts to maximize usage and adoption, leveraging multiple channels and tactics
  5. Promote a customer-centric approach across all internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of excellent client experiences
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop account plans, monitor client usage, and identify growth opportunities
