Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Equipment Management: Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
  • Education and Training: Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University, and complete certification programs for propane filling and forklift operation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
