Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
The SYGMA Network is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide sales support to Account Executives and Marketing Associates, including data entry, research, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales support software.
