Role Expectations:

As a member of our retail team, you will:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to facilitate transactions involving money transfers, money orders, and currency exchange.
  • Accurately input or verify customer information in our systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding our services, cancellations, or other locations.
  • Identify and address issues or complaints, proposing solutions or escalating them as necessary.
  • Stay informed about Ria's products, services, and policies.
  • Balance cash registers and prepare deposits.
  • Maintain daily transaction records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in cash handling is preferred.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • A valid work permit.
