The hourly wage for this role is $XX.XX, with actual compensation varying based on location, experience, and skills.


Role Expectations:

As a member of our retail team, you will:

  • Engage with customers directly to process various Ria products, including money transfers and currency exchanges.
  • Accurately verify or input customer information into our systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding our services and locations.
  • Identify and address issues or complaints, proposing solutions or escalating as necessary.
  • Stay informed about Ria's offerings and policies.
  • Manage cash register operations and prepare deposits.
  • Document daily transactions accurately.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in cash handling is preferred.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • A valid work permit.
