Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality and call handle times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working within a call center environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
