Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at CAMBA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Stability Housing Program, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable apartments for eligible clients and obtain necessary documentation from landlords.
  • Prepare and submit lease packages for review, ensuring timely processing and compliance with program requirements.
  • Coordinate with case managers, maintenance workers, and the fiscal department to address various issues, including housing plans, maintenance work, and fiscal matters.
  • Submit weekly vacancy reports and maintain accurate records of client-related services.
  • Process work orders, review utility bills, and investigate client complaints related to unpaid utility bills.
  • Conduct program-required unit inspections and maintain accurate records of furniture, maintenance supplies, and other essential items.
  • Input client-related services into the program's database and request emergency assistance as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and inform the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Sufficient education and technical expertise to comprehend written and oral instructions, basic math, and documentation of tasks.
  • Strong analytical and math skills, good written and verbal communication, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
