- Inventory Verification: Accurately count and verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batches to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Product Rotation and Retrieval: Perform product rotation and retrieval for consolidation to minimize storage needs and optimize inventory turnover.
- Safety and Compliance: Be aware of surroundings for possible safety hazards and alert co-workers, while also complying with company attendance standards.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
- Physical Demands: Stand, walk, bend, twist, reach while gripping, and lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs or more at all levels from floor to above the head.
- Environmental Conditions: Work in demanding circumstances, including crowded conditions and cold storage (-10 to 40 degrees), for entire shifts (8-10 hours).
- Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate honest and respectful communication, while also being able to work effectively in a team environment.
