  • Management of Legal and Compliance Matters: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that EHS practices and policies are legally sound. In addition to managing matters related to workers' compensation, monitor risk management and compliance to prevent violations.
  • Support for Organizational Change and Growth: Understand the EHS needs accompanying organizational change and growth, devise appropriate strategies to support restructuring and new business expansion, and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Consideration of EHS Regulations: Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards required for the manufacturing processes of automotive and mechanical parts. Conduct risk assessments in production processes and work environments and implement appropriate safety measures.
