Executive Sales Position Summary

At Call Management Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key decision makers within various organizations.

A significant portion of your role will involve business development, where you will be responsible for generating most of your business while also leveraging provided leads as a supplemental client source.

In this fast-paced role, you must be able to act quickly when providing quotes and service information, maintain a pipeline of leads, and meet sales goals. Whether working from our corporate offices in Columbus, OH, or our satellite office in Palm Springs, CA, our sales team can work from any location in the country once trained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

  • Email marketing.
  • Experience networking with other professionals.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications).
  • Performed in a full life-cycle sales position, from lead identification to close of sale.
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills are a plus but not required.
