Sales Development Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at OPOC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential new clients through phone calls, social media, and email outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to be the engine that powers our organization, making an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn database, CRM, or other software to track prospect progress
- Use product/service knowledge to showcase the solutions we can offer
- Customer Service experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Overall target compensation of $83,000 per year with significant incentives for driven individuals
