Role Overview & Significance

In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients, as well as internal Planning and Investment teams, to formulate a comprehensive cross-media measurement strategy. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining internal modeling and technological solutions while leading a mid to large-sized team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and mentor a team of analysts (5 direct reports).
  • Demonstrate proficiency with primary purchasing and ad-serving platforms (Prisma, Sizmek, etc.).
  • Oversee internal (Mindshare) and external client relationships to direct Business Intelligence initiatives.
  • Design and manage research projects (Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, etc.).
  • Assess vendors, technologies, and new advertising prospects.
  • Educate staff on syndicated and proprietary research tools and systems, addressing daily inquiries.
  • Exhibit mastery of proprietary tools and systems (primarily focused on econometrics).
  • Lead advanced analytic requests in collaboration with the modeling team, supporting the strategic vision of clients.
  • Manage client relationships effectively.
  • Guide the team in creating long-term measurement roadmaps tailored to clients (primarily focused on mass media).
  • Oversee the development and implementation of campaign-specific measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of four to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools – DOMO, Tableau; Web Analytics – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics; Ad Servers – Sizmek; Syndicated Measurement – Nielsen, comScore; Ad Effectiveness Research – Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, Dynata.
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, and Python.
