Position Summary & Contribution
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with clients, as well as internal Planning and Investment teams, to formulate a comprehensive cross-media measurement strategy. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining internal modeling and technological solutions while leading a mid to large-sized team.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruit and nurture a team of analysts (5 direct reports).
- Demonstrate proficiency with primary purchasing and ad-serving platforms (Prisma, Sizmek, etc.).
- Oversee both internal (Mindshare) and external client relationships to steer Business Intelligence initiatives.
- Design and manage research projects (Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, etc.).
- Assess vendors, technologies, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Educate staff on syndicated and proprietary research tools and systems, addressing daily inquiries.
- Exhibit mastery of proprietary tools and systems (primarily focused on econometrics).
- Lead advanced analytical requests in collaboration with the modeling team, supporting the strategic vision of clients.
- Manage client relationships effectively.
- Guide the team in creating long-term measurement roadmaps tailored to clients (primarily focused on mass media).
- Oversee the development and implementation of campaign-specific measurement frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of four to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization tools – DOMO, Tableau; Web Analytics – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics; Ad Servers – Sizmek; Syndicated Measurement – Nielsen, comScore; Ad Effectiveness Research – Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, Dynata.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, and Python is advantageous.

The base salary for this position may range from $100,000 to $230,000, with individual compensation varying based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
