Job Summary

We are seeking a junior to mid-level System Engineer with the ability to conduct initial through final test and integration of various products/systems from across the company. The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced military products/systems, including Position Navigation and Timing (PNT), Communications waveforms (radios), and Electronic Warfare (comms and/or non-comms).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial through final test and integration of various products/systems
  • Develop and follow processes to ensure quality and predictability of hardware development
  • Work across the company to solve problems and improve the development of company products and systems
  • Be a voice into the direction of product maturation and scaling to full rate production
Requirements
  • Passion for both program startup and Test and Integration (paper to scope) with emphasis on Test and Integration
  • Skills needed for program startup including Requirement generation, allocation, and verification
  • Skills needed for Test and Integration include using test equipment, reading/understanding technical documents including schematics, flow diagrams, and other design documentation
  • Experience with advanced military products/systems that include PNT, Communications waveforms (radios), and Electronic Warfare (comms and/or non-comms)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Open Systems standards and experience using them (SOSA, CMOSS, MORA, VICTORY)
  • Attention to detail and a self-starter
  • Willingness to help establish processes and procedures where there are none in a growing small company atmosphere
