Job Summary:


Super Micro Computer, Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to be part of our headquarters.

The Technical Program Manager serves as the primary liaison with a key technology partner, overseeing the execution of joint projects, managing risks, and scheduling.

This role involves close collaboration with R&D, product management, production, procurement, and various cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical design and production quality align with customer expectations.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Key responsibilities include (additional duties may also be assigned):

  • Lead a cross-functional team to surpass customer expectations regarding production quality and build schedules.
  • Transform customer requirements into actionable and measurable tasks to enhance manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Possess a robust technical background and experience in a server and storage ODM or OEM setting.
  • Familiarity with servers, storage, and networking products designed for data center infrastructure.
  • A background in project management or electrical engineering is highly advantageous.
  • Exemplary leadership capabilities across diverse functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant operations and management experience.
  • Proficient understanding of Infrastructure Architecture, frameworks, and principles related to security, networks, systems, equipment, and resources.
  • Awareness of corporate, industry, and professional standards, policies, regulations, compliance, and codes of conduct pertinent to the role.
  • Strong coordination, organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Salary Range

$182,000 - $205,000

The offered salary will be influenced by various factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparisons to other employees in this role.

Alongside a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may qualify for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
