Job Overview:
Support Revolution is currently on the lookout for a Senior Technical Program Manager to become a vital part of our team.
The Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison with key technology partners, overseeing project execution, risk assessment, and schedule management.
This role requires close collaboration with research and development, product management, production, procurement, and various cross-functional teams to ensure that technical designs and production quality align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities are essential for this role (additional tasks may also be assigned):
1. Lead a multidisciplinary team to surpass client expectations regarding production quality and project timelines.
2. Transform client requirements into actionable and measurable tasks to enhance manufacturing processes and quality benchmarks.
3. Possess a robust technical background with experience in server and storage ODM or OEM environments.
4. Familiarity with servers, storage, and networking products tailored for data center infrastructure.
5. A background in project management or electrical engineering is highly advantageous.
6. Exhibit exceptional leadership skills across varied functional teams.
7. Some travel may be necessary.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ years of relevant operations and management experience.
Proficient understanding of infrastructure architecture, security principles, networks, systems, and resources.
Knowledge of corporate and industry standards, policies, regulations, and compliance relevant to the role.
Strong coordination, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications.
