Position: Program Manager 3

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Program Manager 3 at Cypress HCM, a leader in the multimedia and creative software industry. This role is situated within the Digital Media Strategy & Operations unit, where the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in steering programs and projects that involve both departmental and cross-functional teams, all aimed at launching innovative product offerings.

In this prominent position, the Program Manager will be instrumental in fostering alignment among various cross-functional teams to achieve essential business goals. The individual will deliver strategic program management by collaborating with a diverse array of partner organizations, including Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, Business Strategy, Pricing, Branding, Product Program & Release Management, Segment Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic roadmaps, translating them into actionable execution plans that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct project planning to create comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, and ensure progress is made within established time and budget constraints.
  • Assess critical paths and dependencies to facilitate effective communication among project teams, product management, and engineering.
  • Manage risks by identifying potential issues, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to enhance the likelihood of successful project outcomes.
  • Aggregate and synthesize program and project information for clear communication with extended teams and management.
  • Address and resolve misalignments regarding requirements, priorities, and schedules.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
  • Oversee release management activities to guarantee the successful deployment of product updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend Go-to-Market strategies and align project teams accordingly.
  • Exceptional program and project management capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate fast-changing business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, including product marketing, campaign teams, legal, and engineering personnel.

Compensation: Up to $80.99 per hour.
