Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee critical projects and act as the primary liaison with key technology partners. This role is pivotal in managing project execution, risk assessment, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that production quality and project timelines exceed customer expectations.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks to enhance manufacturing processes and uphold quality standards.
- Possess a robust technical background with experience in server and storage environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking products.
- Project management and electrical engineering experience are advantageous.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities across diverse functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 12 years in relevant operations and management roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of Infrastructure Architecture, security, networks, systems, and equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance relevant to the role.
- Strong coordination, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $182,000 - $205,000, based on various factors including experience, education, and skills. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and potential participation in bonus and equity programs.
