Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Retail Online portfolio consistently provides outstanding customer experiences that reflect our principles. In addition to a solid foundation in product management and regulatory compliance, you should possess the ability to simplify intricate concepts, effectively articulate and convey your ideas, and ask insightful questions to gain a deeper understanding of different perspectives.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce platforms, particularly in regulatory compliance and translating legal requirements into technical specifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Technical adaptability, quick learning, and proficiency in managing context switching.
  • Deep expertise in requirement gathering, collaborating with design and development teams to craft customer journeys, technical specifications, ensuring the right capabilities are developed, business validation, launch, and analytics.
  • Background in engineering.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of practical experience in highly collaborative environments focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in delivering regulatory compliance features as a product manager, particularly with e-Invoicing and fraud technologies (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Ability to adapt and quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas as regulations evolve.
  • Experience working closely with legal, environmental, and marketing teams to comprehend, prioritize, and synthesize legal requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities; experienced in planning complex program schedules.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, credibility, and influence others to achieve results across a broad cross-functional team, including translating between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology projects utilizing a wide range of technologies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the capability to delve into technical details and a solid understanding of technical platforms and the engineering lifecycle.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, with a track record of managing complex, international, large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
  • Results-driven, enthusiastic, and focused with a strong desire to learn and excel.
  • Exceptional understanding of eCommerce user experience and an unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience communicating compliance issues to senior leadership and executive teams.

Education & Experience

A completed undergraduate or graduate degree is required, along with experience in consumer eCommerce or commerce and familiarity with technology architecture.
