Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills to resolve issues.
  • Account Management: Close guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other front office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
