Job Overview

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing accurate information regarding reservations, venue hours, and services offered.
  2. Promoting awareness of the venue's features and upcoming events.
  3. Delivering exceptional service in accordance with Spare Time Entertainment's Sequence of Service.
  4. Collaborating with the wait staff to manage seating arrangements effectively.
  5. Handling reservations, communicating wait times, and overseeing waiting lists.
  6. Welcoming guests upon arrival and bidding farewell upon departure.
  7. Escorting guests to their designated dining or bar areas.
  8. Attending to guests requiring special assistance, such as children or the elderly.
  9. Presenting menus and introducing the serving staff while showcasing knowledge of menu items.
  10. Monitoring guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  11. Preparing tables for incoming guests by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  12. Performing cleaning duties, including clearing empty glasses and bottles.
  13. Maintaining a tidy reception area and ensuring supplies are organized and replenished.
  14. Assisting bartenders and servers as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required.
