Position Overview:
This role offers a HYBRID work environment, requiring on-site presence three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely from various locations across the United States.

About the Role:
Our Global Benefits team is seeking a dedicated Benefits Operations Manager to oversee the management of both US and Global benefits program offerings. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations associated with our health and welfare benefit plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, enthusiasm, and the ability to critically analyze and resolve complex issues, while driving quality, productivity, and efficiency within the benefits domain. Initially, this position will function as an individual contributor role, with potential growth into a supervisory capacity over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive processes, including vendor management, budgeting, vendor payments, leave of absence procedures, and audits.
- Collaborate with Global Benefits leaders across regions to enhance the programs we provide.
- Lead intricate organizational projects and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Partner with Human Resources and business units to support organizational objectives.
- Work alongside IT to enhance technological solutions with our vendors, improving both business operations and employee experience.
- Collaborate with Global Business Services and Global People Services teams to transition low-cost administrative tasks outside of the Global Benefits Center of Excellence.
- Coordinate closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing and accounting.
- Maintain thorough documentation of business processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Compliance and Auditing:
- Conduct audits to verify that processes and policies are effectively managed, ensuring data quality is upheld across internal and external systems.
- Lead compliance audits, required filings, and other compliance-related initiatives as necessary.
- Manage and execute the annual enrollment processes, ensuring data integrity in vendor and HR systems.

Employee Support:
- Ensure prompt responses to benefit inquiries and escalations.
- Participate in vendor stewardship meetings, providing metrics and insights for process enhancement.
- Expand and refine employee reference materials, including knowledge articles, guides, and targeted communications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits program management within a large corporate setting.
- Extensive project management experience in benefits.
- Strong understanding of benefit accounting and compliance with various benefit plan regulations and tax requirements.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
- Experience in a multi-vendor outsourced benefits environment and familiarity with Oracle HCM and Ceridian systems.
